ROCKCOTE High Adhesion Primer is a polymer modified high performance primer that requires the addition
of Grey Portland (GP) Cement. ROCKCOTE High Adhesion Primer is suitable for substrates requiring stronger adhesion such as Core Filled PVC, Off Form Concrete and smooth masonry. It is also suitable for use over properly cleaned and prepared, pre-painted surfaces prior to the application of cement or acrylic based renders. ROCKCOTE High Adhesion Primer can be applied using a texture roller or a long nap roller, allowing a stipple effect and maximum adhesion for subsequent coatings.
